                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM BILLY E. OWENS AND
                   CAROLYN SUE OWENS, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTOR, TRACT NO.
                   037, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO
                   THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($2,150.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Billy E. Owens and Carolyn Sue
       Owens relative to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collector,
       Tract No. 037, for a total consideration of $2,150.00.
